If you care where your food comes from, this is the table to book. Babayan Evi is a traditional house in the quiet village of İbrahimpaşa, run by Ayşe and Adem Koçdemir, looking out over a valley of apricot and plum trees. It is one of the few places here to hold both a MICHELIN Bib Gourmand and a MICHELIN Green Star for sustainability, cooking almost entirely from its own garden. Expect a single set menu served on terracotta: tomato-and-pepper broth, stuffed vine leaves, cracked bulgur and wood-oven dishes that taste of the season. Reserve ahead, come hungry, and don't rush it.
