Listed in the MICHELIN Guide, Sakli Konak has built its name on honest local home cooking, with the pottery kebab cooked in a traditional oven as the dish to order. It is also one of the best breakfasts in Cappadocia: a spread of around forty local delights, from village eggs and pastries to homemade jams.
