Babayan Evi is a traditional house in the quiet village of İbrahimpaşa, run by Ayşe and Adem Koçdemir, looking out over a valley of apricot and plum trees. It is one of the few places here to hold both a MICHELIN Bib Gourmand and a MICHELIN Green Star for sustainability, cooking almost entirely from its own garden.
