AskCappadocia is a free trip-inspiration tool for the Cappadocia region. These are a few friendly notes on how it works and how to use it. They are meant to be helpful, not a binding contract.

What AskCappadocia is

AskCappadocia is a free, AI-assisted planning tool that puts together a suggested day-by-day itinerary from places we like and information that is publicly available. It is purely informational and for inspiration.

What AskCappadocia is not

• It is not a travel agency, tour operator, or booking platform, and it does not act as an agent or intermediary for any provider.
• It does not sell, book, reserve, or take payment for any travel product, and it does not earn commission on your trip.
• Any hotel, balloon flight, transfer, tour, restaurant or other service you choose to use is arranged directly between you and that provider. AskCappadocia is not part of that arrangement.

Everything here is a suggestion, not a promise

• Itineraries are ideas to inspire your own planning — pick and choose what suits you.
• Any prices, availability, opening hours and balloon-flight status shown are estimates and general information, and can change at any time — balloon flights in particular vary daily and depend on the weather.
• Please confirm prices, availability, opening hours and any conditions directly with the relevant provider before relying on them. Use the information at your own discretion.

Place data, ratings and attribution

Ratings, reviews, photos and place details may come from third parties such as Google and Tripadvisor and are shown with attribution to their source. Those materials belong to their respective owners. We share them for convenience and can’t vouch for their accuracy or how up to date they are.

A note on accuracy

AskCappadocia is offered as is, and we can’t guarantee that any itinerary, estimate or piece of place information is complete, accurate, current, or suitable for your needs. Your travel decisions are your own, and we encourage you to do your own checks.

Being kind to the tool

Please don’t try to disrupt the service, overload it with automated requests, or submit unlawful or abusive content through forms. We may use simple rate limits to keep things running for everyone.

The AskCappadocia name and content

The AskCappadocia name, design and our original written guides and curator notes are ours. You’re welcome to share a generated plan with friends and family for personal, non-commercial use. Third-party content stays with its owners.

Third-party services we rely on

The tool may link to or use third-party services (for example maps and email delivery). Those services have their own terms and policies, which apply when you use them.

Updates

We may tidy up or update these notes as the tool evolves. The latest version always lives on this page.
